Kiddies Birthday Parties

Littlies Menu (children must be 3 yrs & under): Hot chips, twisties, marshmallows, cherrios, lemonade, water

Gibbons Menu: Hot chips, cherrios, fairy bread, twisties, chocolate crackles, iceblock, lemonade,

Sleek Cat Menu (healthy): Cheese & marmite toasties, mini muffins, jelly, fruit platter, orange juice

1.       Platters available for parents (see costs & descriptions below)

2.       Party Pack for each invited guest

3.       Birthday Certificate for birthday child

4.       Complimentary entry into the Reserve for all invited child guests

5.       Farm option includes facepainting, donkey ride and guided farm animal feeding tour - this is weather dependant and not suitable for children under 4 years.

6.       Wild option includes feeding lunch to the ringtailed lemurs (children must be 8yrs & over)

7.       Animal food to be shared amongst the guests

8.       Complimentary tea/coffee for parents  (2 cups per 5 kids)

9.       Complimentary entry for adults at rate of 1 per 5 children

10.   50% discount off entry for other accompanying adults

11.   20% discount in the gift shop for the party group for the day

Conditions

1.       Charge per 5 children (must have a minimum of 5 invited guests including birthday child)

2.       Food times 11.00am and 2.00pm on Saturdays & Sundays

3.       Ask about ‘After school Options’

4.       Maximum time for table use is 2 hours

5.       Menu items can be substituted by like items (adequate notice must be given for this)

6.       Menu, platters & farm or wild choice must be made one week before booking

7.       $50 deposit to be made on booking

8.       Some offers & prices may differ from those advertised

9.       Willowbank accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of personal belongings brought on site

Times

Food Times 11.00am & 2.00pm on Saturdays & Sundays

If booking for the Wild Option (Lemur Encounter is at 1.30am) then the 2.00pm Birthday time is the one to book

If booking the Farm Option the morning group must be here by 10am as the farm option starts at 10.15 then birthday Party at 11am.

The afternoon group needs to be here by 1pm for a 1.15pm Farm Option & Birthday Party at 2pm

Options to put together - add the Farm or Willd Option to any of the Menus or have the standard party and freedom walk through the Reserve
