Customer Service Manager

A position is available for a Customer Service Manager at Willowbank Wildlife Reserve.

The core tasks being:

  • Overseeing the F&B and retail operations.
  • Ordering and management of all stock.
  • Managing the Customer Service staff.
  • Ensuring all functions, groups and general customers have a positive experience.

This person must get on well with others, have experience managing people as well as management in hospitality.

It would be hugely beneficial to know the Idealpos system.

This is a full time position and requires working weekends, public and school holidays, as this is when we are busiest.  It will also be a mixture of days and evenings to suit around bookings.
