Conferences
Make a visit to Willowbank part of your Conference! We are pleased to be able to provide you with a premiere Maori cultural performance for your conference or group activity, or simply a different option for your conference delegates or partner programmes.
Cocktail Parties and Other Functions
Celebrate anything from holidays to product launches in our fabulous restaurant, overlooking the river and deer enclosure. We have a variety of cocktail options available and can accommodate up to 150 people.
Group Dinners
Host a large dinner in our fantastic restaurant, where guests are treated to great kiwi cuisine. Our restaurant can accommodate up to 100 people at a time. Group dinners start from $45 pp.
Company Picnics and BBQs
For some family-friendly fun, host your company picnic or BBQ in our fabulous farmyard area. It's a great was to say 'Thank You' to staff for all their hard work.
Corporate Functions
We welcome corporate functions for groups to Willowbank. Our close proximity to Christchurch International Airport (just a five minute drive) and the ability to provide your guests with an immediate "Taste of New Zealand" makes Willowbank Wildlife Reserve an ideal venue for company meetings when you are hosting international guests. Please note we are unable to provide an exclusive meeting room. Meetings will be in our general Restaurant or Cafe area.
Offsite Performances and Team Building
Want us to come to you? For your dinner, conference opening, event or celebration, Ko Tane can give you and your guests a truly unique cultural experience. If you prefer to highlight your event with an off-site Maori powhiri and/or cultural performance, we can design a show adapted to your choice of venue.
The off-site Ko Tane experience is ideal for incentive, team building, events, meetings or conferences that are unable to be held at Willowbank. Please contact us to discuss your individual event needs.

Apply for our VIP pass and we'll send you a book of gift vouchers. You can order the Willowbank service you want and we'll send you the bill later. We provide your company with a book of vouchers and open an account with you. You then give your staff member or client with the voucher showing what service you want to give them. We just invoice you for this service when the voucher is redeemed giving your company a 10% discount on the product chosen. The VIP pass promises your chosen guest VIP service.
