Booking Requirements:

2) All written bookings will be confirmed in writing by Willowbank
3) Children are aged 5 – 14 years inclusive. Adults 15years +
4) Please state any special dietary requirements when making your booking
5) Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of a booking will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booking. Cancellations or no shows within 12 hours of a booking will be charged 100% of the total cost of the booking
Your Visit:
1) Opening hours are 9.30am – 5pm. Kiwi may be viewed from 10.30am.
2) Ko Tane performances are held nightly at 4.30pm
3) Restaurant meal times are as follows: All Day Menu from opening until 5pm. Breakfasts can be arranged on request.
4) Reserve entry entitles guests to visit the entire park during daylight hours.
